squats
is it alright to put the size of about a 10 pound weight under my heel of my sneaker when doing squats? i have terrible form its genetics. my back does like a good morning. i will fall on my ass if i try to sit. ive seen a video of arnold doing this he was on a rubber mat, so is it alright? ill be a little more on my toes

yeah its fine, i put 25s under my heels sometimes.

ok cool just checkin thanx.. ive been using the smith. i dont like it it doesnt work as well
