Vascularity Q
For Vascularity are we looking at
Low weights + More reps
Or
High weights + less reps
Or
High weights + More reps?
Mainly interested in the forearms / arms.

bodyfat is the most important part BUT high reps is the lifting scheme, and I mean high like 40 rep sets. Allthough it is an old book you should read what DR. F. Hatfield has to say about becoming more vascular b4 contest. He also went by the nickname "DR.SQUAT". "harcore bodybuiling: a scientific approach" outdated book more or less but as far as prepping for vascularity he hits the nail on the head. AAKG supps alongside that will intensify the vascularity.

Some high rep sets in the 12-15 rep-range along with lowering bodyfat will help some but vein size is mostly a genetic thing like the calves.
Look at Coleman's amazing vascularity. Then look at Cutler who trains just as hard but has very little vascularity.
