    what is better?

    what is better to lose more fat? 40min fast walk on the treadmill with a bit of an incline or 40min at a good pace on the bike that you sit back?

    Well that you cant really answear because the bottom line is that you've got to have diet, intensity, hr zones etc all in check,

    However, if you'd ask "as far as cardio machines which is better the tread or rec. bike?" Id have to say the tread mill. swinging your arms and holding yourself upright helps burn more calories. Plus if you look at the avg trainee on a bike its usually pretty piss poor in intensity.
