6 Pack problem
OK...So after dieting and cardio for 4 weeks i've dropped from an already lean 240 to 220 and 9% BF so my Abs are rally starting to show. The problem is my sides and obliques are defiantly lacking.....I Do plenty of oblique exercises but this is still defiantly the place where i hold the most remaining fat. I don't want to call them love handles BC they aren't really bad, but to me they are a problem. Any suggestions to get that area more cut up? More Cardio, Diff. exercise? Anything?

@ 9% you should be pretty tight... how did you get it measured? also post a pic...

They Do it at my gym. You stnd on a scale and they enter Info into a computer and then tell your your %... My phone won't send the pic to my email so i'll try when i get back from the gym

haha.... i doubt its that reliable... most bf tests are calipers, underwater wei***ng are the most common...

I'm trying to get a pic up but i don't have a camera. t not off by much because when i was playing college FB i was tested with underwater wei***ng and and it was 12.3, then i tested with this gym a few weeks later and it was 12.5....Anyways, are there any other exercises i should do than the basic oblique twists, side knee raises, etc...

maybe try more exercises that work out your core

Post a pic that would be very helpful to estimate your body fat and see the areas that you want to improve

I feel your pain, the only areas I hold fat on my body are my obliques, and upper ass.
I have tried everything under the sun, but I'm at around 10-11% BF I'd imagine, so I guess if I got down into single digits it would dissappear. I just have to focus on getting my lats wider so it isn't noticeable...

shit i would love to be at 9%... i just got under waterd at my university n im sittin at a hefty 14.3% i would like to get down to about 10-11% wat did u do to get down from 12.5 that u were at in college man?
