    Ti-cep trick?

So when I look at my Ti I see that it is getting more of the pumps, How do I work on the inner.

What workouts do you use for ti-cep?
    How many Reps/Set?

If it is possiable can you work them more then once a week?

They key is keeping your elbows in. Holding your hands too close puts too much strain on the wrists

I grip slightly less than shoulder width
