sometimes my schedule doesnt allow me to give an hour or so at any given time to the gym...sooo if i get out of work early and hit the gym for an intense 30 min bicep workout do you think its a bad idea to return to the gym about three hrs later for an intense back workout?!?! lemme answer myself...i guess it all depends on how i feel right?!?! everybody is different...
im just wondering if thats constitutes over training...or is over training like doing an hour and a half of biceps 4 days a week?!?!
o0o one more questions if ur bored and wanna answer...im more of a circuit guy...if im in the gym for 45 min im hitting three excersise for chest, back, shoulders, bis and tris....kinda going for the beach body X man physique...is that a horrible idea?!?
