    Routine needed!

I have been working out for approx 1 1/2 - 2 yrs. Im 32 yoa, 5-11, 184lbs and lean (not sure body fat#). I have never really had a ironed out workout plan other than covering the basic muscle groups and lifting technics then splitting them up over 3 days a week. I also fit in 10min. of cardio on the same days.
Well im moving on to my 1st cycle TestE 12wk 500mg & Dbol 1-4 wk., L-dex as needed. I also have my pct setup.
This is where i think ill benifit! I now get paid by my work to workout 5 days a week 1 hr a day.
I am told im in great shape but to me thats not acceptable
I am lean with good muscle tone but want to really break into this! what would be a great setup for 5 days a week?? im guessing you could put me at a beginners level as far as routine goes since ive never really had a specific one. I have a clean diet and been hovering around 2500 cal's a day but in the last few weeks have picked that up too. I am dedicated to this so please understand im willing to make any and all changes to fit this 5 day schedule. What kind of gains are in sight with this cycle and proper routine/pct?
    Thanks

x2 and if you are asking for a beginners level routine you may as well treat everything as being a beginner, beginners dont use aas.
