How much cardio do I need to do to lose weight? I can only train at home and have a latral thigh trainer.
Ive been doing 30 mins of cardio then train with weights ( one body part) then back on the cardio for 30 mins. I do 1 min normal pace then 1 min as fast I can go. I read this is a good method of losing fat. Ive got a heart rate monitor if it will come in handy anyway.If someone wants to write me a programme thanks
