    Arrow Bicep Excercise help!

Ok so i read a few thread already and it seems like ppl ask questions on specific parts of the bicep. Meaning that somebody wants to know what they can do to make their peak bigger something like that. Well the question that i'm wondering is that what excercise tend to do what. For example, do hammer curls tend to work the outside of the bicep more. The effect that i'm going for is for my arm to basically look wider. I want my bicep to start bulging more and the tricep. I changed my tricep workout around slightly and i'm noticing some positive results. Can anybody suggest some excercise that will work the outer biceps or that can help me shape it. I'm gonna start a cycle of tbol hopefully thursday so this new workout would be the perfect time to start. Any information would be appreciated. I'll try and get some pics posted within the week, as soon as i figure out how. Thanks guys.

Close grip barbell curls, shape by playing around with weight and reps, drop sets..

My peaks are pretty good now. I've been doing cable curls and they've been working very good so far. But i just wanna shape my arm different now. I want them wider and bigger like when i'm just walking around and not flexing. There going that way now but i wanna see if theres a way to speed things up, or if theres better excercises for what i'm going for. Thanks again guys.

I'm not sure of you training experience, and I'm just starting in this game, but I do know that squats and deadlifts are important for the growth of you muscles all around. From my "humble" understanding, you need to develope the whole body in sequence; thus adding those big sized biceps as you walk around..

If you are already advanced, and are just looking for tweaking, I'm not the man to advise you by any means.
