Most of the big hospitals will have a hydrostatic underwater weight system. It is expensive though but is also the most accurate way the assess Body fat %

hydrostatic underwater weighing is basically a person suspended to a scale in a pool. The person sits on a device and then is dunked underwater. The person is instructed to blow out all the air in there lungs. The scale measures the relative buoyancy of the person based on Archimedes' Principle of buoyant objects. The test it self sucks ass for the person being weight but with a good operator it is very accurate. Basically the principle is the more fat you are the more buoyant you are.

Yea with the underwater weighing if you dont breath all your air out it will be registered as body fat, so make sure you exhale all the air out. it usually take acouple trys to get it right
