Ive got a week left on my bulking cycle and my training is like this:
Monday - Shoulders & Lower Abs
Tuesday - Back (with 2/3 isolating bi exercies ie machine preacher curl & cable curls)
Wednesday - Legs & Upper Abs
Thursday - Chest
Friday - REST
Saturday - Bis, Tris and Forearms
Sunday - REST
Now to the point of my thread. I am going to be using Clen a week saturday (no feedback on pct please as running clo alongside clen) I plan on doing very high reps 12 - 15 on execises, evan the compounds like bench, shoulder press, deadlift etc. 1) is that wise or continue compounds at heavy sets?!
I was planning my training schecdule to look like this:
Monday - Shoulders & Legs
Tuesday - Cardio and Abs
Wednesday - Back & Biceps
Thursday - Chest & Triceps
Friday - REST
Saturday - Cardio & Abs
Sunday - REST
I thought by introducing the two purely cardio sessions this would assist? Should I change this and simply do cardio post weight session?
Please note that I Can not train Fridays and Sundays, that is why they are rest days.
