    Exclamation How to avoid elbow pain while workout!!??

    Hi,

    I need to know some thing, about a pain in my elbow i suffer from during workout time exactly when i play triceps and chest,, in both elbows. is any body been through this? Whats the reasons for this pain ?and how to avoid it? by the way i've been exersizing for 6 yrs.

    warm up properly with light weight before lifting heavy.

    make sure your using your muscles and not just pushing the weight.

    you could try glucosamine which is good for your joints, it takes a while for it to take effect at least a month. If your on letro or another AI it that can really screw with your joints.. I'd get it checked out, Good luck

    Try glucosamine. Also, my elbows usually hurt after weeks of skullcrushers/JM presses, and not from benching. Switching up the routine usually helps.
