So I wanted to know what type of splits you all use. The more I seem to read, the more people tend to agree that hitting a muscle more than once a week seems to promote better growth. Maybe its me, but if I work out a muscle well, it takes at least seven days to recover with my intensity.
I wanted to know what everyone used, and how big you are. So post which workout has worked best for you, and your stats.
Me personally, I used the Max-OT template as it seems to work the best for me, and i`m 6`0 215lbs 16-17%bf now.
