not been lifting long on a strict cutting diet this is my workout
mon- bies and tries + cardio. 3 sets 15-20 reps
tue- shoulders and neck + cardio. 3 sets 15-20 reps
wed- chest + cardio .1 set of 15 for upper chest 1 set of 15 for middle, 1 set of 15 for lower chest.
thrusday - abs bies and tries + cardio
friday shoulders and neck + cardio
sat day off
sun chest + cardio
is my workout ok????
