    please see my workout????? help needed???

    not been lifting long on a strict cutting diet this is my workout

    mon- bies and tries + cardio. 3 sets 15-20 reps

    tue- shoulders and neck + cardio. 3 sets 15-20 reps

    wed- chest + cardio .1 set of 15 for upper chest 1 set of 15 for middle, 1 set of 15 for lower chest.

    thrusday - abs bies and tries + cardio

    friday shoulders and neck + cardio

    sat day off

    sun chest + cardio

    is my workout ok????

    You appear to never train your back or legs?! I trust this is a typo on your part

    On chest days you only do 3 exercises, each consisting of 1 set?! Is that becuase you get a fantastic pump on that or what?

    Id never say do your arms the day before a big muscle group, do them at the end of the week then have a rest day.

    no dont do legs or back as iam mainly focusing on my cutting diet and just want to gain muscle on them parts of my body untill i loose weight.

    so should i have a day off when done my chest also should i do more sets on all 3 of the chest muscles? like 3 each?

    whats best to do my workouts? if shouldnt do arms before chest?

    well your gonna gain muscle on your chest and its gonna make you look like you have a hump cuz you wont have muscle on ur back to even you out and your gonna have chest and no legs well hmm imo you need to do legs and back even if your cutting it dont matter

    ok i was thinking of starting my legs and back.

    whats the best workout then mate?

    i usually do 5 excercises for bigger body parts like legs, back, chest, and 3-4 excercises for smaller ones like arms claves etc i usually do 10-15 reps for 4 sets every excercise

    but how much rest does each workout need? like if i do arms on monday can i do them again on wedneday?

    depends on you really everyone is different only you i usually take 2 day break for my arms

    First things first, you cant no train such imprtat muscle groups as your legs and back. Sasquadge is right that your will look like you have a hump.

    You need things to grow in proportion, otherwise you will look more of a dodgy cartoon character then anything. Ar you set on having saturdays off?! If so then keep that and base your week around that. Tbh if your not taking any juice then once a week for each bodypart is adequate.

    I would suggest:

    Sunday - Legs & Abs
    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Cardio & Abs
    Wednesday - Back
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Bis, Tris & Forearms

    Maintain a constant level of cardio after your weights sessions and then hit it real hard on the wednesday.

    If you want to do more pure cardio sessions then train your tris with your chest and bis with your back to free up friday for a cardio and abs day again
