    Thr question?

On the thr calculator it says I need to be between 115 and 134 why so high ?I don't know any bbr who does cardio at this level.I have been doing cardio between 115 and 120 and the fats loss has slowed and my diet is on point.I calculated my mr rate at 65% of the suggested hr on the treadmill using the age scale and I came up with 98.8 so what gives?

If my hr is above 125 that's more of a steady jog for me.I thought the harder you push your heart rate the more muscle you burn.

^^mmm, I have been experimenting with this a bit for the past 3-4 months.

I'll do pretty high intensity cardio (running fast spirts/walking/jogging etc. for about 15-20 min.) and have noticed almost no negative effects in my lifts. I did this for around 4days/wk.

I dunno try it out. I was also doing MMA every tuesday and thursday for 1 hour.

I'm ready to start doing my HIT sprints 3 days a week but I'd still like to do my morning cardio with the rite hr for lypolisis.

    ya, give it a shot.

If you feel like your 'losing' in the gym, stick to low intensity cardio in the am and PWO.

    good luck bud!
