I am bicycling about 65 miles a day right now. I am trying to drop bf and get prepared for a cycle. I need to lose about 30 # and 13%bf. What kind of lifting program should I be doing? Any help will be great thanks

65 miles. i highly doubt that. where do you do this? how long does it take you?

Nope i meant what I said. I will say that i just started back at this sport from a 2 year break. but I have averaged 62.5 miles per day 5 days a week for the last month.
I do this because I am out of shape and i am getting back to racing at an elite level. Once I am at my targeted weight and fittnes level I will start a cycle that will elevate my performance and that is what I hope to learn here.
Any input would be great.
