Well, of course not just these, but exercises that really put them to work more than the others.

    Lunges, yes I agree.

I was wondering if I am missing some good ones.

    Thanks

For the abductor magnus and abductor longus, sumo deadlifts. Sumo deads are quite technical, but if you're doing them properly you should hit both these muscles nicely. Also, weighted situps (feet anchored) with very heavy DBs on the chest is a solid hip flexor movement.

For the sartorius and the VMO, as well as for the abductor magnus and abductor longus, lunges and bulgarian split squats work quite well. Split squats with front or rear leg elevation is a great exercise all around. Many people avoid these simply because they are difficult and f'ing hard. Extremely beneficial.

For the VMO, Poliquin Step Ups work very well, also. Concentrate on completely eliminating your "downed" foot with dorsiflexion so that your "stepping foot" and, therefore, the VMO is getting worked properly.

    Hope these help, uber.

    Yes, it definitely helps TR!

Some really good and detailed techniques. I will start them first leg day.

    Thanks a lot my friend!
