    Lower abs/and back

    For some reason my ab up top are getting the best out of my ab workout.

    What is the best Lower ab workout?

    Now with the back what is you best workout for the back?

    lower abs: DIET AND CARDIO

    Reverse crunches, leg levers, and flutter kicks.

    Back:
    Pull ups
    deadlifts
    bent over rows
    t bar rows
