Sick
I didn't know where to post this either on diet or workout forums cause it has to do with both, I'm just pissed off cause I been really trying to hit the gym hard and right now I'm sick like a dog, really bad cold,fever,sore throat the whole 9 yards. I still tried going to the gym today and work out but man I was weak and couldn't do much. Not only that but messes me up with my diet, my workout routine I'm just pissed all around. So what do you guys do when you are sick, stay home let it pass thru, any of you get as mad as I am now? or I'm i just freaking crazy and overdoing it? :scratch:

bro u need to stay home and rest. training while ur sick will only weaken ur immune system
