I have been body buiulding on and off for many years and have a good physiquie. I have got 500 british dragon Methandrostenolone 10 mg and would like a sensible programme of when to take and how may to take each day and also how much to increase week by week, basically a 8 week course or whatever is best for full benefits- i have never take these or any roids before so I would really appreciate if someone could take a little time and draw me up a programm with as much detail in it as possible likewhen to take them like after/before food /work out etc.
