    Whats your opinion

    This is my work for a week i change the exercise often so this just an example. I'm worried about over training so tell me what you think

    Monday - Chest and back
    Bench press - 12 10 8 6
    incline dumbbells 12 10 8 6
    decline bench press 12 10 8
    Machine fly's 12 10 8

    bent over rows 12 10 8 8
    pull downs 12 10 8 8
    cable pull 12 10 8 8
    Machine 12 10 8

    Tuesday - Shoulders , bi and tric
    dumbbell press 12 10 8 6
    fly's 12 10 8 6
    cable fly's 12 10 8 6
    shrugs 12 10 8 6

    straight bar 12 10 8 8
    preacher 12 10 8 8
    dumbbell cur 12 10 10 8
    Reverse grip 12 10 8

    skull crusher 12 10 8 8
    Seat extenshion 12 10 8 8
    cable press down 12 10 8 8

    Wednesday Cardio
    3 miles tredmill

    Thursday - Chest and back

    Simalar to monday but do differnt exercies

    Friday - Shoulders bis tri

    Similar to tuesday but at forearms

    Saturday - Cardio
    3 miles

    Sunday Rest

    I left out legs and abs from the list cause im not really concernd about that. I have a large protien intake and get rest. 22 years old

    IMO i think its horrible no offence.. you are overtraining your biceps and triceps and prob shoulders aswel.. How about this
    MON Chest/Tric
    TUESBack/Bic
    WENSCardio
    THURSShoulders
    FRILegs/Biceps

    Legs will help you alot of you want to get big

    i agree, you shouldn't do two major muscle groups in one day, your body doesn't have the stores to keep the intensity up

    Alright let me clear that up If you read the post i said that i left it off the LIST along with abs. I do legs once a week but thats not what im concerned about with my post. Just what you think about that and if is to much.

    yea work a specific muscle group once a week in my opinion.

    chest tries, bi's back, legs shoulders.. (mix it up, if ya want, but im sure you see da point)

    thats what i usually work with..I used to work out simiilar to what u do atm.. and my growing was slow..overworking..after i split it up more, and gave more time for my specific groups to repair..i started putting more muscle.
