    Thinking about using this split

I came across this split in a magizine and I was wondering if the split is good

    Day 1: Chest/Abs
    Day 2: Legs/Calves
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Back/Shoulders
    Day 5: Biceps/Triceps/Abs

I've been using this routine and I'm just trying to change it up:
    Chest/Tri
    Back/Bi
    legs
    Shoulders

    What do you guys think

i like to hit chest and bi's then back and tri's for two reasons. 1. my tris are generally tired after chest so if i do them on a seperate day i can fully focus my power and attention on them.

2.because you are working the tris when doing chest, if you do them on a seperate day you are effecivley working them twice in a week, which i feel gives optimal growth.

I use the split that you are wanting to use quite often. Works well for me. Give it a shot.
