    lower chest build up

    For some reason my lower chest never seems to build up.

    I know they say to do decline for this but I not seeing results

    are there other exersizes that can be done.

    I have recently this week started to do push ups at home 3-4 days a week besides my normal routine in hopes to jump start my lower chest and my chest over all since it seems to lag behind rest my upper body

    Do u have alot of bf. on u? Try switching up decline dumbells with reg barbell. Maybee even try hitting that muscle more often. Everything takes time to see results.

    Lower chest has alot to do with bodyfat %

    I would suggest dips, decline bench, diet, and cardio

    weighted dips are good for lower chest development

    I dont have ecaxt body fat but I would say around 12-15%. My diet is clean for the most part, some times on weekends it gets off but I try to stay as clean as possible
