    Getting though Cardio

Ok, to begin with, I'm not exactly a runner. Never have been and thinking I never will. But I need it to lean up a bit because I am definitely a big boy.

So, what's going on is, I'm getting up in the morning, going in and putting in 45 mins of cardio. A quick change and I work for four hours. Then a nice workout and another 45 mins of cardio.

That's where my problem comes in. Since I'm not that big of a fan of cardio, I'm trying to figure out some ways to help getting through it. Music helps A LOT, but I'm wondering what else I can do to get through my 90 mins.

you can get your heart rate up fast enough to burn fat while reading? i have to think hard to remember to breath when im doing cardio! but if that works for you great, it may be worth trying, cant personally see how ur gonna get a good workout like that though!

I gotta get a heart rate monitor one day too so I can actually figure out if I need to get more intense on the elipical.

yeah, i set the incline pretty high and do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach which helps, my heart rate gets to about 130-150 and i just rest my hands on my book and walk

I don't know how people can read and do stuff besides breathe while doing cardio. I keep mine going fairly fast so I can't do much but keep going.
