    Exclamation Cardio befor or after lifting?

    Cardio befor or after lifting? umm in trying to cut and i have been doing my cardio after lifting this is the way i have always done it but it seems to me that i have been hearing mixed thoughts so.. what do you guys have to say??

    Should be no mixed thoughts on the matter. All the exercise organizations that matter recommend it after wieght, has been this way for awhile now.

    If i am going to do both at the same time i always lift first then do cardio. Right now i lift mid day then do cardio after work.

    the only people who do cardio before weights are women.

    I should be clear, cardio directly after weight training. I think after two hours between bouts of cardio is enough time to not seriously effect ones workouts. At least thats some of the literature out there says.

    Wink Cardio last!!

    Cardio will deplete glycogen levels and the nervous system if done prior to resistance training!

    Is 30 minutes of cardio in the morning (6:00am) then 15 min. before work out let say between 8-9 pm to much?

    I do 1hour weights and then 25 mins cardio atm on a cutting cycle, Best way for me
