Need a 4 day workout program - newbie
Im fixing to start going back to the gym and train. I use a bowflex at my house, but I can max it out on bench and squat so that sucks. Im looking for a basic 4 day program, nothing too fancy. A lot of these workouts on here involve excercises I havent heard of.
By the way Im 5'6" , 150lbs. 27, and Im looking to gain some muscle and cut of possibe.
I know everybodys going to tell me it's diet, which I understand and for the most part can stick to.
All of my work outs are going to be in the am. b4 work.

You wont really be training hard enough to make good gains if you can already max out on your machine and I bet you are doing the same stuff over and over, can you not make it to a gym?
