Hi guys i'm starting a new cycle soon and want to gain as much mass as possible, my cycle and diet will be spot on, just want some help with my training, how many exercises, sets, reps per body part is the most effective to build mass. The trainer in my gym says 3 exercises per body part,3 sets per exercise and heavy as weights for 6-8 reps. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, as i'd like to here what in your opinion works the best and what to avoid.
