    Mass training help needed.

Hi guys i'm starting a new cycle soon and want to gain as much mass as possible, my cycle and diet will be spot on, just want some help with my training, how many exercises, sets, reps per body part is the most effective to build mass. The trainer in my gym says 3 exercises per body part,3 sets per exercise and heavy as weights for 6-8 reps. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, as i'd like to here what in your opinion works the best and what to avoid.

Take a look at my workout, that I bumped the other day, its sexy. Otherwise pretty much just stick to basic compound exercises - bench, incline, deadlifts, barbell rows, squats, barbell curls, military press etc. I usually stick to 9 working sets for large body parts (back, chest, shoulders) and 6 working sets for small (biceps, triceps etc).

    focus on compound exercises.

    Chest: Dips, Flat/Incline/Decline Bench, Pushups
Back: Deadlifts, Pull Ups, Bent Over Rows, Lat Pull Downs
    Legs: Squats, Leg Press, Lunges
Shoulders: Power Cleans, Standing Military Press, Arnold Press
Traps: BB Shrug, Farmers Walk, Upright Rows
Arms: Standing BB Curl, Skull Crushers

    Talk about mass and strength.

Then incorporate some isolation exercises. Like

leg curls, calf raises, tricep pressdowns, side/front laterals, etc.

Sets, well its really up to you and what works, as we all have various over-training limits
As for reps, I would keep them in the 6-8 range on the compounds and 8-10 on the isolations

It depends on how much time you have. If you want to only workout 3 days a week or if u want to workout 5 or more days a week. It isnt hard to set up a workout plan. Just make sure you get the right exercises.
