    i do bies,tries,traps 2x per week? how many sets you recomend?

    how many sets would anyone recomend for bies tries and traps when doing them 2x per week? looking for good size?

    I agree 4 - 6 sets. Low volume more often when working out body parts twice a week.

    actually, it depends on what you want to do.. you say size, but eating enough of the correct foods will have a bigger impact on if you are able to grow in size rather than the sets you do..

    In order of importance

    food
    rest
    exertion (exercise)
    supplementation

    and to expand further, if you are over training, or just training and blowing out your CNS you will not grow in muscle size, endurance will increase though..

    Just like strength training is different than if you are working on size and definition..

    when i was training each body part 2x a week what i did was do heavy movements one day and the lighter supersets on the 2nd day

    it was something different i was messing around with

    i feel it worked for me

    traps i just did moderate weight and 15 reps like 225lbs
