I dont know your body and how it reacts but the workouts look like overtraining especially on your arm days. Back and legs should be split farther apart. And you are doing cardio 6 days a week! Where are your rest days to grow?
You dont need to do more to get sore, some people dont get sore at all it's not a sign of growth, less is more.

I would agree kaberle on seperating the big groups... figure a plan to split your legs and back at least.. also, i would just do one day for arms bis/tris...
maybe lessen one day out of the mix, but on your sixth day.. do an extra long cardio session....
just throwing thoughts out there...

Overtraining this, overtraining that.
If you can handle the workload and are growing (Getting heavier, getting bigger measurements, why not)..
For the last 2,5 weeks ive been doing:
- 12 sets quads
- 8 sets hammies
- 12 sets calfs
- 12 sets bi
- 12 sets tri
My tshirt are already tight around the arms.. Just gotta try stuff, dont take that "overtraining" shit into consideration, you'll know when your overtraining, moody shit, muscles are weak, getting sick, and so forth. Its all about your own body and intuition

Well is that scientifically right? I guess you grow when your not sore.
I've had my best growth spurts when I've been taking a break for a while, and then jumping back on (always beeing sore for the first 4-6 weeks) Growing like a weed, and then later when I dont get sore, I dont put up more weight, or get bigger. And then I change my routine, getting sore, bigger and stronger.
I'll do what my body tells me. The more sore I get the better i've worked out, just my personal opinion on my own body.

Looks like a lot of work.
Why not
mon - back
tues-chest
wed-legs / abs
thur-shoulders
fri-arms ? or do abs here between bi/tri
I would also try and cut down a bit on all these different movements. Pick a few 3-4 and do them for 2-3 weeks in a row then change them with other movements.
Arms- There is no way in hell you need a day dedicated to bis and/or tris, period. You should easily be able to knock out bi/tris fri in an hours time.

alright I am going to switch days around a little bit and group bis and tris together. take one whole day off and have another just for abs and cardio. try that this month

are you suggesting that the bodybuilding weightlifting term "overtraining" does not exist? Of course it does... and in my experience you increase the possibility of injuring yourself doing something that is normally no problem to do...
so mock it all you want but it is real..
besides why are you talking about feeling out the arms in your shirt? what's that got to do with anything? How old are you? everyones threshold for reaching the point of overtraing is different.... don't get all excited on here....
btw, for the record, hulk rules....nice avvy

I'm aware of overtraining, I just say it's thrown out there to much.
When people do alittle high volume training "This workout would lead to overtraining i no time".
You got to feel if your overtraining or not.
The filling out my tshirt part was just to brag a little, but also make a point (One can do high volume and grow).
Every man is different, you got to try and find out what works for you, some guys will overtrain with 1/2 the load that others will. It's all about genetics, rest, food, stress levels, sleep.
Love that picture
