    should I take break?

that's right folks, u heard me right? I have been working out every other day, sometime every other 2 days, for the past straight 10 months in row, week after another. Now, I'm think of taking break but afraid if I do so I lose my momentum. And worstly I'm afraid I may not be able to lift the amount of weight I left for break. So what do you think, should i go for break or not?

Remember you don't grow inside the gym but when you rest. Take a week off and don't worry about it.

I take a break about every 2 - 3 months and I often find that I come back stronger on most of my lifts by 5 - 10 pounds. I also come back more focused after a week off because it gives me time to set some new goals.
