i have done it and loved it..its what you make of it though..i went with my buddy who is in the army and we went 100% and it got pretty intense..but then again old people are doing it and they do it at a slow pace..i def wouldnt do it if i was trying to bulk because its lifting/cardio at the same time..everything is quick and virtually no rest..but its great to lose weight!

i have friends that swear by it (it's slightly cultish). i've never tried it but based on the fact that my buddies sometimes throw up from the intensity sometime it may not be for my pu**y ass :-)

they dont show any really intense people doin it, but you can find some of the challenges "crossfit" offers and they are intense..i did one and it was like 300 pullups 300 deadlifts 300 body weight squats 300 box jumps 300 pushups etc etc..

What are some novice routines using this crossfit and how do you do it?

Anyone know a site that explains in detail what it's all about? I.e. goals, levels of progression? intensity? etc?
