cant squat cant dead lift
Hi Guys
I cant do 2 of the best exercises to get big because i have a fused ankle and i cant afford to put pressure on my right ankle
What is the next best thing???

hyperextensions, good mornings, for lower back and leg extensions, reverse leg curls and the such for you legs. is a fused ankle something that has pins in it or what. did the doc say not the put to much weight on it?

yes you are right its a fused ankle with pins
my ankle really doesnt stretch at all so leg press is out squats are out calf raises are out
i do leg extentions and hamstrings but what else can i do

man if you cant do those weight bearing exercises you are kinda of limited in what you can do. Could you do Hack Squats?

Only you can figure this one out. If I could work with you one on one I would probably figure out something. You might want to try smith machine squats with different thickness of weighted plates or blocks of wood under your heels. And you may have to do only partial movements. EXPERIMENT!
