hey guys
so heres the deal, im pretty well defined all around, and then you look at my stomach and its a little beer gut type thing, if i flex you can see a 6 pack, not a big one but its there..
so, i know by running too much it can easily make me lose muscle, so im wondering if anyone knows how much running i could do so i just lose a bit of fat. or will just doing sit ups make me lose it?
any answers would be greatly appreciated
