    Post your time between sets

For each muscle group. Does it vary for you for each muscle group/lift? Do you time with accuracy? Do you gauge by your heart rate? Do you not bother (whenever you feel ready)?

Chest, Back, Legs, and Shoulders I stick to 2 minutes - Timed. Sometimes 2 1/2 for the big lifts like deads and squats.

Arms and calves 1 1/2 mins.

anywhere from 30sec to 3min. i to workout quick and intensely. lots of super sets.

1 for small groups and 3 for larger and heavy sets, maybe even 5 on heavy squats.

45 seconds to 2 minutes depending on which muscle group and intensity I'm trying to maintain.

    depends what your goals are.

as power lifters can take 3-5 minute breaks.

As compared to someone who is trying to tone up, a 60 second break.

Right now, for me. On compound movements, I take about 90 secs. on isolation movements, about 45-60 secs

To the guys who take 60 - 90 seconds or less between sets, do you not find this affects your strength?
