This is probably an odd question... =p
Are there any specific excercises I should avoid to keep my stomach area muscles from getting bigger?
I want to tone/slightly increase muscle on my thighs/butt, but I want to keep my waist as tiny as possible... so that I will have a good-sized, muscular butt and thighs, and a drastically smaller waist... I see a lot of women who work out get their waists very muscular and thick and lose the hourglassy look...
Any certain excercises to avoid specifically? =p
