Chest workout opinion and quick abs Q
3-5 sets of each 8-12 reps
Barbell Press
Bench Press
Incline Barbell Press
Dumbell Fly
Decline Barbell Press
Machine Flies
I want to switch it up, any ideas
ABS QUESTION
ALL I GOT LEFT IS THAT SMALL BOTTOM PIECE OF FAT
IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING SHIT
ONLY RUNNING GONNA HELP? OR ANY GREAT AB EXERCISES TO HELP?

thats a lot of of volume on the chest. Remember the pecs are not a very large muscle group.
The abs question is basically going to be based on nutrition and cardio. You can do all the situps in the world but if the abs are covered in fat they will still be covered in fat if cardio and diet are not spot on.

Do leg raises. That excercise seems to focus on the lower abs. I've been doing that for awhile and my lower abs have been getting better. This won't elimate ALL the fat/flab there but it will definately help. The rest of it will have to be cardio and diet.
Seems like your doing alot on the chest. I tend to favor dumbells for the chest. Doesn't put as much strain on your shoulder plus your workout those "stabilizer" muscles too. Good luck, you'll get there.
