single arm VS 2 arm seated bicept curl

Anyone know the pro's and con's of the two ?

I normally focus on one arm at a time but am thinking about changing it up and doing both arms at once.

you can use more weight with a bilateral exercise which potentially would case more motor unit recruitment. However the con to this practice is the dominate arm may work a little harder than the other so you could get less balance between both sides. It is good practice to mix bilateral and unilateral exercises in each exercise session.
