The movements that kill my tris are
    skullcrushers
cable pulls downs (w/ rope -spread apart at the bottom of movement)
Over the head cable- (w/rope or bar) Tri ext.

i usually combine with chest and do weighted dips, angle bar pressdowns, reverse grip pull-downs, sometimes overhead dumbbell extensions.

skulls & dips are great for mass. I am not a fan of the close grip. I feel like my chest takes over when I go to heavy.
