    Lagging Shoulders

I was hoping for some ideas for training my lagging shoulders. My issue seems to be that they are flat on the sides and I am looking for advice on how to round them out, you know the softball look. Here is a look at my current shoulder triaining. If you need any more info please let me know.

    Trained 1X per week
    DB should press 4X 8-12reps
    DB side raises 3X 8-10reps
    front raises 3x 12reps
    Cable rear flys 3x15
    Shrugs 4x10

My thought is doing a light isolation day and a heavy compound day or something like that.

Thanks in advance for the adivce!

try adding in a front military press.

Make sure your form is right on the dumbbell presses also. I know that for the longest time I didn't keep my arms straight out to the side and it was hindering my gains.

You may also want to try a machine for your presses. It will keep your body in a nice controlled position so your form will improve and then you can go on to the free weights once your body is disciplined.
