20 minutes PWO low intensitity not on legs day and rotating 45 minutes of fasted cardio and HIIT on my days off.
Trying to cut down and preserve as much muscle as possible.

up your pwo cardio to 30 minutes and stay in the fat burning zone (around 60% MHR). Sounds like you are on the right track though.
i do 30 on lifting days post workout and try to get hour on non lifting days of HIIT
