3x a week at 60-70% of max heart rate on empty stomach and vary the types of cardio bike, tread etc...
really? only 3 times a week. hmmm interesting but Ill take what you say and try it for sure. Ne reason on 3 times a week?
three times a week is common for most just getting back into the game.
I do cardio x 5 but as long as you get it three times a week you have a good basis for fatloss.
make sure your diet is clean and water intake is large.
alright awsome yeah i plan on doing as much cardio as i can for the first 4 weeks to really jump start start the fat lose. As well as drinking lots of water and eatting less carbs than before. Also taking hydroxycut(canadian version).
