Hi there, i'm on 500mg of test e a week and 400mg of deca a week going into week 8 still have at least 6weeks to go also adding in winny. i wanted to cut and bulkso 3days bulk and 3 days cut its not really working and i am gaining alot more wieght muscle but i sort of wanted to even it out but its not working. Need help on cutting casue i also want to atleast still gain abit more muscle but lose heaps of fat. i was gonnar do something like this

Mon, Tues, Wens, weight training instead of 6-8reps i will do like 12reps and do wieght training for like 40mins than will hit cardio for like 30mins

Thurs, Fri, Sun will do like a hours cardio

i will change my eating to bulk eating through out the day and cut the carbs n fats like 3-4hours before training pretty much thats afternoon and the res will jsut be protien intake except for after training will have some carbs like sugars to replanish. what u guys think will be good cut or advice?
