Chest Exercise
I have a bit of man boobs but at the top its hard but then near the bottom is fat
i do chest excercises on my multi gym like the pictures below
i also do have a bench and do some on there as well using my bar
i am doing the right things to get rid of the fat on chest
i dont change the wait, i just put it to the max i can do and do like 4 x 15

The best thing for burning fat, no matter where it is on your body, is cardio.

Yea your under the impression that you can "spot burn" fat, and that just doesnt happen. How your body burns fat compared to other people could be totally different.. but the key thing to remember is that your not in control of where your body burns the fat... you only control that it is burning fat or not.

I would say increase your cardio. Maybe try some HIT (Interval training) and lift more weight. Maybe you need to pack on more size on your chest. Try some heavier weights and get off that machine stuff. You're not going to put on too much size with those things.
Throw in some dips to hit the lower chest. Also some dips. There is also a wide chest lift (hammer strenght) or spread the hands out to get the outer pecs.

Cardio, diet, cardio, diet. That is the only thing that's going to fix it. You can do declines til your blue in the face and it's not going to give you the look you want.
