120-135 HR usually qualifies as low intensity.

Low intensity, empty stomach, take 5-10G BCAA before you go.
Take some supps like caffeine, L-Carnitine, Green Tea extract, Yohimbe.

Agreed. Low intensity = 55-65 rpm
Do it for atleast 30 minutes as that's how long it takes before your body taps into fat stores as fuel for energy. Don't go for longer than 1 hour.

Then how do you guys explain the fact that your body will acclimate to doing the same intensity for the same duration just as you acclimate to doing the same workout every time????

    IMO, do both,

PWO, do 15-25mins of Intervals using three differnt zones,

Zone 1: low intensity, about 65% MHR 2-5mins

Zone 2: Medium intensity, about 75-80% 2-5 mins

Zone 3: High intensity, 90% (also known as your Anareobic Threshold) 60 secs

Then on say a day you do just cardio do a longer duration of 30-60mins at around Zone 1/Zone 2.

That way, you'll lose fat faster, wont overtrain, and you'll actually train your cardiovascular system to increase performance during higher rep wt training.

I do something similar to MFT81 and what he says makes a lot of sense. I have read about low intensity and fat burn, but I think the body adapts to one style of training, no matter what it is, therefore I feel interval training is the best way to go. I do mine a little different, but I will switch up soon to shock and confuse my body. I do 5 minute intervals for 60 min. 5 minutes at a steep incline and 5 minutes at zero incline as hard as I can go.

To burn fat your body needs lots of oxygen. Not enough oxygen getting in body switches to carbs, when this depleted then switches to muscle.Basic explanation but you get the picture.
