Abs
Oi Oi can anyone tell me what the most effective excercise is for shredding those few extra pounds from the abs is.
There seems alot of debate over this issue and i really would like to talk to someone with knowledge regarding this.

1. Diet
2. Cardio
3. Supps i.e. Lipoflame, ECA Stack
4. Diet
5. Cardio
6. Decline Sit Ups, Decline Reverse Crunches

The movements you choose dont matter, its all in your nutrtion and the amount of cardio you preform.

IMO! its 80% diet 20% excercise
