who is following a high volume training?
I am thinking of switching my training to a high volume training just to give it a try and see if it work for me, anyone here is following this kind of training? how much time you spend at the gym? how many times you train each part per week? how many sets/muscle group, reps etc... I want to add mass I am not looking for power.

I do it from time to time so is a bit different.
Here is the example of my volume barbell exercise.
Barbell curls
65x10 med grip
65x10 close grip
85x8 med
85x8 close
105x8 med
105x6 close
95x8 med
95x8 close
85x8 med
85x7 close
65x8 close
Rest of 1 minute in between sets and max 2 exercises.
