post-cycle workouts
Hey all,
I was looking for guidance on the post-cycle workout. I know I have to dial down the intensity to avoid overtraining, but does that mean fewer excercises/sets/reps or just lighter weight? In addition, I am looking to lean out quite a bit now, probably 30lbs. What's the best way to lose fat while minimizing muscle loss? What tweaks do I have to make to my diet to do all this? If this has been covered, can someone point me to a thread?

I keep the intensity the same. just reduce the # of sets.
