    is this too much?

Ok heres the deal saturday i trained chest pretty hard but becuase i didnt have a spotter i trained it again monday, today was a schedueled rest day but because my normal cycle got messed up due to this which is normally 3 days on 1 off, i rested today and was planning on starting it up again to get back on scheduele tommorow, however that would mean a chest day tommorow, im fully aware of overtraining and all of its aspects. My question is if i train chest tommorw and get back on scheduele will this come back to haunt me or do you guys think this frequency will ahve minimal effect if back on scheduele? thanks for all the advice.

It is just a workout man. No need to get all crazy about it. Just pick up where you left off or start over again with chest. If anything, it is good to keep the body guessing.

since you trained chest twice there is no reason to tear it down again.muscles heal than grow while resting(you cant tear a building down twice without rebuilding another 1 to tear down).if your main concern is to get back on schedule than work your abs and calf's those 2 basic muscle can be work more often than others.and by tomorrow you can be back on schedule.i meant to put this post up yesterday however,my cpu frozed.Peace!..

I think you're reading too much into it bro. You'll be fine, just get back on schedule.
