Question about muscle atrophy and taking time off
I have recently started a new era in my life and my mass building routines are out the window for at least the next 4-5 months. I am currently only able to lift 2 -3 times a week and am doing crossfit type training 3 days a week.
My first question is, will I lose any muscle mass I had before and long as I maintain a good caloric intake and stay active?
Also, would it be advisable to perhaps cut my mass building down to back/bis and chest/tris on the days that I am not doing crossfit training? Leg workouts are not a consideration right now due to the fact that I will be running upwards of 3-8 miles a week.
Any help or recommendations are appreciated!!!!
